Payments & Returns (Premium Service)

We're so confident that you'll love our premium hosting service we offer a 2-day full-refund policy. If 48 hours (two days) have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Security

You are responsible for the security of your account and that you will keep your passwords confidential.

We may not be able to recover your account if insufficient proof of identity is provided.

We reserve all rights to suspend services that are found to be abusing or effecting other customers. This may include but not limited to the following:

1) High CPU usage
2) Spam
3) Discussion of illegal activities
4) Distributed denial of service attacks

Termination

We reserve all rights to terminate your service upon any violation of the Terms Of Services, Acceptable usage policy, or any other basis if deemed needed.

Emails

We are not responsible for any emails going into your junk folder sent by us. We recommend you check emails sent by us which could contain vital information.

Set-up Time

We try to provide instant deployment on both of free forum and premium hosting plan. However, if you purchase a premium service and we fail to do so after 24 hours a full refund can be requested.

Uptime

We do not guarantee 100% uptime on any of our services. We do however try to get as close to it as possible. We are also not be held responsible if your website is down due to user-generated mistakes.

Data loss and Protection

We are not to be held responsible for any data losses. We recommend users to make regular backups of their servers in case of faulty machines, bad modifications, etc.

DDoS

We are not responsible for any downtime caused by a DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) or DoS(Denial of Service) attacks. If a DDoS or DoS attack is targeted at a specific client service, this may result in the targeted service being suspended until further notice.

Licenses

When you order a forum or service from us you automatically accept the licenses and agreements of the software we use to provide your services. These licenses and agreements include DirectAdmin, LetsEncrypt, CloudFlare, MyBB, phpBB, Vanilla and Softaculous

Updates

We reserve the right to change our policies at any time without notifying the clients. We, however, will send you an email if there are any changes in our policy.
